Welcome to Parkshore Homeowners’ Association. We live in a “park” along the shores of Gastineau Channel in downtown Juneau, Alaska’s capital city. Our complex was built in 1980-81 and consists of 90 independently owned condos divided into 15 buildings. There are three floors per building and two units per floor, all with their own exterior entrance and designated carport.
