Parkshore Condominiums is managed by JPR Management Services. They are on call 24/7 for emergencies. If you have frozen pipes, plumbing clogs or leaks, or other emergencies that need immediate attention, call Thomas Faust at 907-209-9319 or Christopher Burton at 801-791-5363.

For non-emergency maintenance issues, you may email JPR Management at jprmanagement.thomas@gmail.com. Describe the issue and provide them with your unit number and a contact phone number.
